Kimberly Bailey Borek
Attorney Kimberly Bailey Borek graduated from Smith College, cum laude in 1987, and The American University, Washington College of Law in 1991. Kim is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars; and the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey and New York and the United States Supreme Court.
Kim served two judicial clerkships for presiding judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey: (1) the Chancery Division, Family Part in Bergen County and (2) the Appellate Division. She also worked for the United States Department of Justice while attending law school and has been in private law practice since 1993.
For over twenty-five years, Kim has focused her practice on the representation of community associations handling general corporate, collections, and litigation and transition matters. Kim is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association. Kim is also a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI).
